Overall Plan

1)   Operating model for product development

a) A market research team will be formed who will provide key input information related to the requirement of products to be developed, quantum of requirements, specification and list of customers who need these products for their manufacturing units. A cost comparative study will also be made the product in locality compared to import or purchase from other state.

b) Research & development team in laboratory or workshop will organise the scheme for development of process with a time frame, taking help from different sources, scientist, college, university support or any sources that are already producing similar / same product inside or outside state.

c) The development work, after successful trial run in workshop will be sold to the customer with technology backup, project report etc.

d) The information on the development work along with the feasibility report will make new entrepreneur.

2.0   Operating model for skill development

2.1    Target group

Skill development training will be provided to

        a) School dropout.
        b) Class X passed.
        c) Class XII passed.
        d) Graduate (general/Engg.)
        e) Post Graduate (general/Engg)
        f) Village people/farmers.
        g) Rural/Urban women, house wife

 2.2    Market Research:

 A market survey/research will be organized to identify the need of training for the locality, local resources available, strength of the locality, education level of the locality, economic condition of the people, agricultural products, experiences in any earning activities, interest of local people etc

2.3     Training Methods

i) Based on the feedback of market survey, training need will be optimized as per organization guide line with respect to education structure, qualification & experiences.

ii) Separate groups will be formed for separate course/type of training.

iii)    A frame work will be chalked out for different courses, like number of seats, duration of training, fees etc.

iv) Training will be provided in different methods for different courses. A guideline will be provided or generated.

     a) Centralized classroom for theory, audio/video projector based classes   & motivation

     b) Practical classes in own workshop, workshop of different industries as trainee.

     c) Camps will be organized in different locality, school, panchayet places for awareness and workshop.

v) Modern equipment like projector, video, teleconferences, satellite centre will be organized to impart training in remote or under developed areas step by step.

vi) Training process will be coupled with the

    a)  Visit of different related industries.

    b)  Arranging internship.

    c)  Arranging guest lecture for specific subject / course

    d)  All steps will be taken to encourage the trainee.

 vii)    A multi skill training program will organized for specified trainee.

2.4     Faculty

i) Faculty will be identified/selected based on organization norms. Experts either from industry or universities, colleges will be absorbed. A full time faculty will be selected.

            Advice, suggestion, recommendation from different parent bodies will be taken into account for selecting trainer/faculty.

ii) A second line & third line trainer will be prepared from the successful trainee & will be exposed time to time.

iii)   Different experts  from different corner of the country in specific fields will be invited with fees for advice and technical support.

iv) Fees & salary of the trainers/faculty will be attractive.

2.5    Infrastructure

          To provide proper training suitable infrastructure will be organized like

        a)  Well equipped workshop & laboratory.

        b)  Computerized data based testing facility.

        c)  Quality control & ISO 9000 quality assurance process & record keeping.

        d)   Regular test & examination by internal & external panels of experts and recording

        e)   Online monitoring systems for weekly, monthly progress of each training courses & tracking system will be maintained.

2.6   Selection of Trainee

         Identification & selection of students will be made based on

       a)   Education level/Knowledge level  already in place for the particulars.

       b)   Courses he/she chooses or interested.

       c)   Neediness’/interest in the courses.

       d)   Verbal/written test for admission.

       e)   Already selected or developed by local gram panchayet/NGO/industry.

2.7       Certification

           After successful training, evaluation  will be made by internal & external authority and will be certified.

          Organization will tie up with different industrial body, technical association & external jury board or Universities will do assessment & will            provide the certification.

2.8      Placement Strategies

          a)   Main focus after successful training is to promote the trainee as successful entrepreneur.

          b)   Certified trainee will be enrolled in placement cell for job opening through consultants or by direct recommendation to related                      industries for relevant position as workers, supervisors, chemists, production head or in management etc.

2.9      Proposed Partnership

        a)Partnership with financial Institution :

         All steps will be taken to make a useful partnership with financial institutions like Govt. Organisation for financial support in purchasing               equipments & working capital. Partnership will also be made for supporting the new entrepreneurs developed by the institution for                     setting new business expansion after skilled & certified training.

         b)Partnership will also be organized with various industrial associations, industries for providing trained staff, workers, supervisors,                       chemists etc. A specific curriculum may be developed & imparted for specific industry base demand.

         c)Partnership with different school , college, universities for entrepreneurship course implementation of students of future entrepreneur

         d)Partnership with different NGO.

         e)Partnership with newly started ( optional)

3.0   Revenue model:

         Earning of the institution will be  focused on the following

        a) Admission fees

        b) Course fees

        c) Fees for consultation and project report

        d) Profit share from partnership of the institution with New Entrepreneur

        e)  sponsorship of different industries for product development/ process development/design & drawing.

         f) sponsorship of  industries for skill development training of employee.

4.0  Future plan

        The organization has various future plan for up gradation of training methods and curriculum related to  
        current industry and market requirements. Besides this organization has following future plans:

        a) Opening of similar unit in different subdivisions, town and villages

        b) opening of fully residential training unit

        c) separate training unit specifically for women.

        d) opening of well equipped training unit in different industrial park to produce skilled manpower suitable for   the specific industries of              the locality.

        e) Establish a well organised library and data centre for technological books, journals, patent copies,   motivational write up, videos for              different kind of small scale manufacturing units 

        f) Exporting skilled manpower to different countries.

       g) opening of motivational science club for students of class VII to graduate level  to encourage  entrepreneurship.
